Job summary

Sierra Nevada Corporation seeks an experienced A&P Mechanic III to lead maintenance projects at Dayton, OH. You will perform complex diagnostics and repairs, mentor junior mechanics, and ensure all activities meet safety and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Active FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) certification with no prior FAA violations.
• Ability to understand and interpret technical schematics, diagrams, blueprints, manuals, and/or publications.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute scheduled and unscheduled maintenance projects.
• Mentor and guide junior mechanics.
• Conduct complex diagnostics and repairs.
• Ensure all maintenance activities are documented and compliant with standards.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient workflow.
