Strong FAA A&P certification and 3+ years of relevant experience are required. The role supports ISR/Aviation operations within SNC, with travel as needed and potential for overtime.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of relevant experience.
• FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) certification with no FAA violations.
• Reliable transportation to/from work locations.
• Ability to read schematics, diagrams, manuals.
• Advanced skills in repairing and maintaining aircraft airframes and engines.
• Own tools in good working order.
• Pass and maintain Class 3 Physical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute scheduled and unscheduled maintenance projects.
• Mentor and guide junior mechanics.
• Conduct complex diagnostics and repairs.
• Ensure all maintenance activities are documented and compliant with standards.
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize workflow.
