Job summary

Sierra Nevada Corporation (SNC) seeks an A&P Mechanic III for our IAS/ISR program. This role is deploy-only with no relocation, involving a 60 days on/30 days off rotation.

You will lead maintenance projects, mentor junior mechanics, and perform complex diagnostics and repairs in line with safety and DoD standards. Requirements include FAA A&P certification, 3+ years experience, and the ability to deploy internationally.

Qualifications

• US high school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Active FAA A&P certification with no FAA violations.
• Ability to deploy for extended periods to various locations.
• Ability to obtain a passport and travel internationally.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute scheduled and unscheduled maintenance projects.
• Mentor and guide junior mechanics.
• Conduct complex diagnostics and repairs.
• Ensure maintenance activities are documented and compliant with standards.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient workflow.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices.
• Promote and enforce safety protocols.
