RJ's Auto Pros, a GreatWater Garage, seeks an experienced Master Diagnostic Automotive Technician in Kent, OH. You will diagnose and repair complex electrical and engine issues, mentor peers, and contribute to high-quality repairs within a supportive GreatWater network.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as an automotive diagnostic technician.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills across electrical and engine systems.
• Willingness to mentor less experienced technicians.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair advanced electrical and engine performance issues.
• Diagnose fuel, ignition, and drivability systems.
• Diagnose and repair 4WD / AWD drivetrain systems.
• Perform advanced steering, suspension, and brake system repairs.
• Perform advanced HVAC diagnostics and repair.
• Complete Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVI) with accurate recommendations.
• Mentor and support less experienced technicians.
• Maintain a clean and professional work environment.
