Qualifications

• Proven experience in wireless network architecture or validation.
• Experience with AI-enabled networking and large-scale emulation.
• Track record of leading technical projects end-to-end.
• Ability to engage with senior technical and business stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills to convey complex concepts.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Electrical/Computer Engineering; PhD preferred.

Responsibilities

• Architect end-to-end validation solutions for next-gen networks.
• Collaborate with global customers to define performance benchmarks.
• Provide thought leadership on AI-enabled networks and antenna systems.
• Translate customer requirements into market-ready solutions.
• Continuously analyze industry trends to update roadmaps.
• Represent the company at industry events with presentations.
