Job summary

AIG is seeking a Wireless Network Engineer to lead the design and deployment of global wireless architectures that are scalable, secure, and highly available. You will set standards, perform RF planning, and collaborate with security and infrastructure teams to align with enterprise goals.

The role requires deep WLAN knowledge (Wi‑Fi 6/6E, 802.11ac), strong security acumen, and hands-on experience with multi-vendor environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field (or equivalent).
• 10+ years designing, deploying, and managing large-scale wireless enterprise networks.
• Deep knowledge of RF engineering, WLAN tech incl. Wi‑Fi 6/6E and 802.11ac.
• Strong background in wireless security: authentication, encryption, compliance.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable, high-availability wireless architectures.
• Define and enforce wireless standards and RF planning principles.
• Develop standardized wireless configurations for multi-vendor environments.
• Lead site surveys and predictive modeling for RF coverage and density.
• Leverage AI-driven analytics to monitor experiences and accelerate issue resolution.
