Job summary

Keysight Technologies is seeking a technical leader to drive 3GPP standardization for 6G wireless protocol test solutions and shape product strategy and roadmap.

You will influence the product roadmap for wireless protocol test platforms, run simulations for 3GPP contributions, and collaborate across R&D, Go-to-market, and Sales to prioritize features based on technical feasibility and business impact.

Qualifications

Master's or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field.
12+ years in wireless communications with emphasis on 3GPP contributions and standardization.
Experience in product planning or technical product management.

Responsibilities

Contribute to 3GPP working groups with high-impact technical proposals.
Create simulations to support 3GPP contributions in protocol areas.
Influence standard evolution aligned with technology and product strategy.
Build relationships with OEMs, chipset vendors, and operators.
Represent Keysight as a thought leader in industry forums.
Prioritize features based on technical feasibility and business impact.
Translate priorities into concrete technical requirements and roadmaps.
Collaborate with R&D, Go-to-market, and Sales; support key customer engagements.
