Cirtec Medical Corporation in Wisconsin seeks a Senior CNC Tool Maker (5 Axis) to set up and operate 5-axis milling centers producing high-tolerance molds and dies. You will review CAD models, select tooling, and run simultaneous 5-axis programs with final inspection.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of CNC experience, at least 2 years in 5-axis operations, and deep knowledge of cutting tool geometry, speeds/feeds, and workholding. Monday–Friday, days.

Qualificações

• 5+ years CNC machining experience
• At least 2 years in 5-axis simultaneous operations
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

Responsabilidades

• Set up and operate 5-axis milling centers to produce high-precision molds and dies
• Program toolpaths using Gibbs Cam, Fusion 360, Mastercam/Hypermill
• Read and interpret complex engineering drawings
• Validate part tolerances with CMM and precision tools
• Identify and resolve machining issues affecting quality
