Applicants should have a high school diploma, English proficiency, CAD/CAM experience, and a journeyman certification or 5+ years in the field.

Qualifikationen

• Must have high school diploma and be able to read, write, and speak English.
• Tool & Die Journeyman certification or minimum 5 years Tool & Die experience.
• CAD and CAM experience required.
• Ability to read and interpret detailed written or oral instructions.
• Regularly lift up to 50 pounds and work with precise tolerances.

Aufgaben

• Run and set up CNC milling machines and general tool room equipment.
• Program with Gibbs CAM, Part Maker, and SolidWorks knowledge.
• Interpret blueprints, lay out stock, set up and operate machines for form, fit and function.
• Build and repair molds, jigs, fixtures, gauges; plan sequences from blueprints and models.
• Maintain quality and dimensional accuracy; ensure efficient tool and machine use.
