Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent preferred.
• 5+ years of experience as a CNC programmer.
• Experience reading blueprints and GD&T.
• Proficiency with CAD/CAM software and CNC tooling.

Responsibilities

• Operate 5-axis CNC machines and review NC programs.
• Analyze drawings to determine tool selection, speeds, and feeds.
• Create instruction sheets and cutter setups for machining operations.
• Revise programs to improve efficiency and meet delivery dates.
• Apply 5S and safety guidelines on the shop floor.
• Assist in debugging and developing new programs.
