Responsibilities

• Operate and program 5-axis CNC machinery using UG NX.
• Develop setup and tooling specifications and optimize processes.
• Analyze drawings, dimensions, and tool paths to determine cuts and speeds.
• Write instruction sheets and layouts for sequence of operations.
• Assist in debugging programs and improving machining efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Document inspection procedures and maintain process records.
