Job summary

LeoForce in Hartford, CT is seeking a mid-level CNC Programmer to join our precision manufacturing team. You will program, set up, and operate 3-, 4-, and 5-axis CNC machines to produce high-quality parts, using CAD/CAM tools and inspection techniques.

You will read blueprints, write G-code/M-code, optimize programs, load materials, and troubleshoot issues while maintaining safety and cleanliness. Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential, along with 5+ years of CNC

Qualifications

• 5+ years of CNC programming and operation.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings.
• Proficiency in G-code and M-code programming.
• Experience with CAD/CAM software: AutoCAD, Creo, Mastercam.
• Familiarity with Windchill and Vericut.
• Knowledge of precision measurement tools.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork.
• High school diploma or equivalent; degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Write and optimize CNC programs for 3-, 4-, and 5-axis machines using CAD/CAM software.
• Read and interpret blueprints and models.
• Load raw materials into CNC machines and set up operations.
• Ensure parts meet quality standards; maintain machinery.
• Troubleshoot issues during manufacturing.
• Collaborate with design for manufacturability.
