Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; CEBS/QKA/ERPA certifications encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Manages the Regional 401(k) department, providing feedback to associates to ensure quality performance.
• Drives employee retention, quality, and career development opportunities.
• Drafts performance appraisals and aligns team goals with product/service enhancements.
• Coordinates department functions to promote communication and team spirit.
• Responds to inquiries from Operations, Clients, Sales, Payroll, HR and New Business about 401(k) administration.
