Job summary

Clack Corporation, a long-standing water treatment components manufacturer, seeks a 3rd Shift Supervisor for the Windsor, WI plant. You will lead blow molding shift operations, ensure schedules, quality, safety, and housekeeping standards are met, and drive continuous improvement.

The role requires prior supervisory experience, reading blueprints, and strong leadership. Shift runs Sun–Thu 10pm–6:30am, with competitive benefits and pay included.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience.
• Strong problem-solving skills related to people, equipment, material and quality.
• Ability to read blueprints, QC instruments and specifications; basic math.
• Troubleshooting technical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Supervise blow molding shift operations to meet production schedules, quality specs, and safety standards.
• Establish and maintain an effective work force.
• Supervise machine operators and enforce company policies and rules.
• Ensure safety rules, procedures, and housekeeping are followed.
• Review production processes to ensure efficient, safe methods.
