Job summary

Clack Corporation, a privately held company, is seeking a 3rd Shift Supervisor for the plastic blow molding department. You will lead a shift to meet production schedules, quality specifications, safety rules, and housekeeping standards.

Responsibilities include supervising machine operators, performing troubleshooting, maintaining ISO compliance, coordinating with other shifts, and training staff on color changes and equipment operation.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience required.
• Experience in plastic blow molding preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to read blueprints and QC instruments.
• Willing to work 10pm–6:30am shift.

Responsibilities

• Supervise blow molding shift operations to meet production schedules, quality specifications, and safety standards.
• Supervise machine operators and administer company policies and work rules.
• Perform troubleshooting and adjustments to meet QC requirements.
• Maintain ISO compliance and conduct shift logs and records.
• Coordinate with other shifts and train employees on procedures.
