Job summary

DragonFly Studio is seeking an experienced 3D character artist for an unannounced project. You will lead the full cycle of creating character models from concept to final textures and delivery.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of professional experience, strong organic sculpting in ZBrush, hard-surface Maya work, clean retopology and UV mapping, and texture baking. Remote work is offered; Russian language fluency and a dedicated workstation are preferred.

Qualifications

• At least five years of commercial experience in a similar position.
• Experience sculpting organic shapes and fabrics in ZBrush.
• Proficient in hard surface modeling with Smooth tool in Maya.
• Knowledge of retopology and UV mapping in Maya.
• Ability to bake texture maps.

You Are A Good Fit For Us If

• You have at least five years of commercial experience in a similar position.
• You have experience sculpting organic shapes and fabrics in Zbrush.

• You know how to do retopology and UV mapping in Maya.
• You know how to bake texture maps.

• Ability to work in an extremely well planned and deadline driven environment.
• High level of responsibility.
• High level of attention and loyalty to a feedback.

Additionally

• Fluency in Russian language required.
• Requires own, remote workstation.
• Headset of headphones and microphone for calls.
• Windows 11 and up-to-date versions of all programs used.
