Job summary

Exodigo, a leader in underground mapping, seeks a Senior 3D BIM Modeler to develop and coordinate data-rich infrastructure models. You will work hands-on with Civil 3D, OpenRoads Designer, and MicroStation to deliver accurate engineering drawings and survey data, collaborating with project managers, engineers, and clients to resolve questions and ensure quality.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years in CAD/BIM, strong detailing skills, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of CAD/BIM, civil design, surveying, or related infrastructure.
• Strong hands-on experience with Civil 3D and/or ORD; experience with both is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of 3D modeling, engineering drawings, surveys, and utility data.
• Excellent QA/QC and attention to detail with ability to identify issues.
• Strong written and verbal communication and client-facing skills.
• Ability to collaborate across engineering, CAD/BIM, GIS, and field teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and coordinate 3D models and engineering drawings using Civil 3D, ORD, and MicroStation.
• Coordinate QA/QC and ensure high-quality client deliverables.
• Communicate technical information and modeling challenges clearly with project teams and clients.
• Support project teams from data development through final delivery.
