Job summary

IVC in the UK is seeking Level 1 Teaching Assistants to join the SEND faculty, working with students aged 11-18 who have a range of needs, including EHCPs. You will support learning in lessons and during unstructured times to help students progress, and contribute to a collaborative team dedicated to inclusion.

The role offers opportunities for professional development, with training and CPD sessions for TAs and teachers, and potential training with Cavendish School for further growth.

Qualifications

• The successful candidate must have the skills and experience to enable students to become independent learners and make progress.
• The successful candidate would support students with SEND in their lessons and during unstructured times to ensure they meet their full potential.
• The ability to share your expert knowledge and experience through training and CPD sessions for other teaching assistants and teachers is essential.
