You will develop personalised learning to meet each pupil’s unique needs and use innovative methods to engage learners.

Collaborating with external agencies and the inclusion team, you will ensure holistic support and a positive, inclusive learning environment that promotes confidence and growth.

Qualifications

• SEN experience and specialist training are desirable.
• Strong classroom practice and understanding of how children with SEND learn.
• High expectations and ability to build positive relationships with children.
