Job summary

Milk Education is seeking a Learning Support Assistant to join a Primary School in Killingworth, starting in September. The role can be long- or short-term, with potential for permanent/temp-to-perm progression, and offers flexible scheduling.

You will support pupils to reach learning goals, adhere to safeguarding and school policies, and assist with materials and personal care as needed. A dedicated consultant will provide ongoing support.

Qualifications

  • Experience supporting children or young people in an educational setting.
  • Ability to build positive relationships with pupils, teachers, and parents.
  • An enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
  • Good behaviour management skills.

This role is temporary/permanent/temp-to-perm.

Requirements or Skills:
  • Experience supporting children or young people in an educational setting (preferred).

This role is paid within the advertised pay scale. Your starting rate will be determined by your qualifications, relevant experience, and the requirements of the assignment.
