Milk Education is recruiting for a Behaviour & Pastoral Support Assistant to help students across Key Stages 3 and 4 in Durham. You will support learning inside and outside the classroom, assist with behaviour and engagement, and work closely with teaching and pastoral teams.
The role involves one-to-one and small group interventions, building positive relationships with young people, and supporting SEMH needs. Training and ongoing support are provided by Milk Education.
