Job summary

The Saint Paul Seminary School of Divinity, affiliated with the University of St. Thomas, seeks a Seminary Domestic Life Coordinator to oversee kitchen operations and guestroom turnover for the priest community, preparing 3 evening meals weekly and maintaining dining and lounge spaces.

Responsibilities include menu planning with dietary needs, inventory management, cleaning, and coordinating with Front Desk for guest departures; candidates should have ServSafe certification and a valid drivers

Qualifications

• High School education or the equivalent.
• Experience in a high-volume food service operation.
• ServSafe certification from Minnesota.
• Valid driver’s license; DMV background check required.

Responsibilities

• Menu planning and food preparation for priest community, with dietary accommodations.
• Maintain inventory and restock kitchen essentials; practice FIFO.
• Keep kitchen and lounge clean; maintain appliances and dishwasher duties.
• Clean priest rooms and guest rooms; assist with turnover on 4th floor.
• Coordinate with Front Desk/Guestmaster on departures and arrivals.
• Attend monthly staff meetings and assist with project-related tasks as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
