Job summary

Wisconsin Lutheran Seminary is seeking a dependable and motivated individual with food service experience to join our cafeteria team. This position works closely with the Food Service Director to assist in the preparation and service of meals for the seminary student body.

Schedule (School Year – Approximately 9 Months): Monday through Friday: 5:30 a.m. – 1:30 p.m., Additional hours for special events throughout the school year, Potential for up to two weeks of work during the summer months.

Qualifications

• ServSafe certification required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow directions and work effectively as part of a team.
• Self-directed with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Dependable, punctual and committed to excellent attendance and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and service of meals for seminary students.
