Zusammenfassung

Bloomberg Intelligence (BI) seeks a Semis-focused Associate Analyst to support the franchise with financial modeling, research and data-driven insights on Nvidia, AMD, Broadcom and peers, drawing on Bloomberg datasets and issuer calls. You will aggregate data, build models, write concise research, monitor developments, and interact with clients through Bloomberg terminals.

Expertise in finance, technology sectors, and advanced Excel are essential; familiarity with AI and automation is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Finance or related field
• Legal authorization to work full-time in the United States without visa sponsorship
• At least two years of financial market research experience
• Proficient knowledge of the Technology sector
• Strong understanding of finance/accounting concepts
• Experience in quantitative financial analysis and modeling
• Ability to spot anomalies in financial data and think critically
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• High level of curiosity and attention to detail
• Strong organization and multi-project management
• Excellent written communication and presentation skills
• Commitment to product development and improvement
• Willingness to adopt AI and automation to build repeatable workflows

• Actively contribute to daily research activities (data aggregation, modeling, written research, idea generation)
• Monitor major developments and identify macro themes affecting industries
• Manage data analysis and modeling; synthesize results and communicate the story behind the data
• Review submitted research for adherence to global quality standards
• Develop and maintain relationships with internal Bloomberg departments and external professionals; participate in department projects
• Work with data and core business groups to enhance terminal content and functionality
• Interact with clients via Bloomberg's online messaging systems
• Use generative AI, machine learning tools and automation to improve workflows and research quality
