Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in financial market research or related experience

• Solid understanding of finance/accounting concepts and modeling
• Experience in quantitative financial analysis and financial statement modeling
• Ability to spot anomalies and think critically about data
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• High level of curiosity and attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects
• Excellent written communication and presentation skills
• Authorized to work in the United States full-time (visa sponsorship not required)
• Willingness to adopt generative AI and automation to improve workflows

Responsibilities

• Contribute to daily research activities: data aggregation, financial modeling, and written research
• Monitor major company developments and macro themes affecting industries
• Manage data analysis and modeling; synthesize results into concise narratives
• Review submitted research for global quality standards
• Develop and maintain relationships with internal Bloomberg teams and external contacts
• Collaborate with data and core business groups to enhance terminal content
• Interact with clients via Bloomberg's online messaging systems
• Leverage generative AI and automation to improve research workflows and content development
