The role emphasizes hands‑on lab work, data analysis, and collaboration with cross‑functional teams to deliver reliable processing solutions for semiconductor manufacturing, electronics, and medical devices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemistry, or a related technical field.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with ability to interpret experimental results.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to travel approximately 25–50%, including potential international travel.

Responsibilities

• Operate JST wet processing and precision cleaning equipment in the Applications Lab and at customer sites.
• Conduct wafer processing experiments to support process development, testing, and qualification.
• Develop, execute, and document experiments to evaluate performance and identify improvements.
• Analyze process and metrology data including contamination and surface roughness.
• Prepare technical reports and present findings to engineering teams and customers.
• Travel to customer sites for qualification, development, and support (25–50%).
