Job summary

JST in Houston, TX is seeking a technically advanced professional to troubleshoot and resolve complex semiconductor wet processing equipment issues. You will perform system integration, startup, commissioning, and qualification of sophisticated automated wet bench systems.

As a primary technical consultant, you will interpret schematics, lead installations, program PLCs, and collaborate with engineering to drive improvements in design and process reliability.

Qualifications

• Advanced troubleshooting of complex semiconductor wet processing equipment.
• Experience in system integration, startup, commissioning and qualification of automated wet bench systems.
• Ability to provide expert technical consultation and develop non-routine solutions.

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex system failures using advanced diagnostic techniques and engineering principles.
• Interpret technical specifications, electrical schematics, and drawings to diagnose non-routine problems.
• Lead startup and qualification of complex wet bench systems worth 500K−5M+.
• Program and troubleshoot PLC systems using ladder logic and control algorithms.
• Document service activities and communicate findings to customers and factory teams.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to improve product design based on field insights.
