Job summary

Analog Devices, Beaverton, OR, is seeking a Wafer Fab Operator to work in a state-of-the-art cleanroom. You will operate production equipment, monitor processes, and ensure product quality while supporting safety and continuous improvement.

This full-time role offers 12-hour shifts, overtime after 10 hours, and shift differentials. Candidates with a High School diploma and strong attention to detail are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Strong ability to follow procedures and accurately enter production data.
• Commitment to safety and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Process wafers through semiconductor manufacturing equipment according to specifications to meet production goals.
• Set up, operate, and monitor production equipment following priorities.
• Transport wafer lots in the cleanroom using established handling procedures.
• Load and unload wafer cassettes and boxes following wafer handling protocols.
• Perform visual inspections, quality checks, and measurements to ensure product quality.
• Enter production data accurately and support manufacturing data tracking.
• Follow standard operating procedures and safety rules.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Engineering, Equipment, and Quality teams to resolve issues.
