Job summary

Analog Devices, Inc. in Wilmington, MA is seeking a production operator for a 12-hour shift schedule in a 24/7 Class 10 clean room. You will set up and operate production equipment, perform data entry, and monitor processes to support quality and productivity.

The role requires following English instructions, standing for long periods, lifting up to 25 pounds, and wearing full cleanroom PPE. You will work with wafers, document activities, and contribute to area improvements while collaborating

Qualifications

• Follow written procedures and verbal directions in English accurately.
• Walk/Stand frequently throughout 12-hour shift.
• Walks up and down stairs frequently.
• Lifts up to 25 pounds and handles wafer boxes.
• Wears full cleanroom PPE and garments as trained.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate production equipment per priorities.
• Perform data entry and visual quality control.
• Collaborate with team to resolve quality and productivity challenges.
• Work in a Class 10 clean room environment with PPE.
• Monitor equipment, alarms, and SPC data; respond as needed.
• Complete online and written documentation accurately.
• Visually inspect wafers for defects and irregularities.
• Contribute to area improvement projects and team communication.
