Analog Devices, Inc. is hiring an Equipment Maintenance Technician for our Beaverton, OR facility. You will support tool maintenance, troubleshooting, and improvements within a cleanroom wafer fabrication environment.

The role requires reading technical manuals, following procedures, and collaborating with engineering teams. Strong communication, detail orientation, and the ability to work a 12-hour shift are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to wear PPE and cleanroom garments.
• Experience with hand tools.
• Ability to read procedures and follow written and verbal directions.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Able to stand for a 12-hour shift and lift up to 35 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist in tool maintenance and repair (planned and unplanned).
• Troubleshoot to component level and perform root cause analysis.
• Assist in tool development and efficiency improvements.
• Collaborate with engineering tool owners on hardware issues.
• Operate from manuals, specs, drawings, and diagrams; use test equipment.
• Communicate issues and solutions effectively; work in a diverse team.
