Job summary

OSI Systems, Inc. is seeking a Semiconductor Test Engineer to design, develop, and optimize test strategies for semiconductor devices at the Hawthorne, CA site.

You will create and maintain test plans, execute functional and characterization tests, and analyze data to improve yields and reliability. Collaborating with design, process, and manufacturing teams, you will refine test requirements and support new product introductions, documentation of methodologies, and ongoing test coverage

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Physics, or related field.
• Experience in test planning and development of test cases and procedures.
• Experience in functional testing of semiconductor devices.
• Ability to interpret schematics, datasheets, and test documentation.
• Proficiency with Python, C/C++, or similar scripting languages.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize test strategies and procedures for semiconductor devices.
• Create and maintain test plans and test cases, execute functional and characterization tests.
