Job summary

Intel Albuquerque is seeking experienced technicians for wafer manufacturing support. You will operate, troubleshoot, and maintain lithography/metrology, thin films, or CMS equipment, ensuring safety and quality targets are met nightly.

You’ll analyze alarms, lead improvements, and collaborate with engineering teams. Responsibilities include equipment installation, repair, data collection, and mentoring colleagues.

Qualifications

• Candidates must have technical maintenance experience or related discipline.
• Diploma or degree in STEM with hands‑on experience preferred.
• Military technical experience acceptable as alternative.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced electrical and mechanical troubleshooting to resolve complex equipment and process issues.
• Analyze tool warnings, alarms, and interrupts to diagnose and correct events.
• Support manufacturing operations to meet safety, quality, output, cost and delivery targets.
• Dismantle, repair, install and assemble manufacturing equipment per specs and manuals.
• Mentor team members and contribute to continuous improvement and training.
