Job summary

TÜV SÜD is seeking a Semiconductor Safety Engineer to perform product safety evaluations for complex semiconductor equipment, aligning with SEMI and ISO standards. This remote role requires extensive travel nationwide and collaboration with global TÜV SÜD teams.

You will prepare conformity documentation, lead client discussions, and drive risk reduction while staying current with evolving safety directives and regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Experience with product safety evaluations and regulatory compliance.
• Willingness to travel 75-90% across the United States.

Responsibilities

• Perform product safety evaluations for semiconductor equipment.
• Review safety analyses and risk assessments against SEMI/ISO standards.
• Lead customer meetings and coordinate with TÜV SÜD teams.
• Prepare conformity documentation and technical reports accurately.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of evolving standards and best practices.
