Job summary

TSMC Arizona is hiring a Manufacturing Quality and Reliability Engineer to lead DPPM target setting, reliability risk assessments, and structured problem solving for cutting-edge semiconductor technologies at our Phoenix fab. You will liaise with customers and internal teams to ensure product quality and reliability across HTOL, CP, DVS, and related tests.

The role requires 3+ years in semiconductor quality/reliability, familiarity with TDDB/HCI/BTI/EM/SM testing, and proficiency in Excel VBA

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required in a technical field relevant to reliability.
