As a Manufacturing Quality and Reliability Senior Engineer, you will define DPPM targets, assess reliability risks, and drive continuous improvement across cutting-edge technologies.

You will lead reliability improvement projects, collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, and ensure adherence to procedures while maintaining top-tier product

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of reliability testing and risk assessment methods.
• Experience evaluating engineering changes while upholding reliability standards.
• Strong collaboration with internal/external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define DPPM targets and monitor progress across advanced technology processes.
• Conduct reliability risk assessments for fab events (HTOL, baking, etc.).
• Lead structured problem-solving processes (PDCA, 8D, 3Leg/5Why, KT).
• Evaluate engineering change impacts on product quality and reliability.
• Communicate results and test strategies with customers.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in manufacturing.
• Coordinate cross-functional discussions during fab events and follow-up.
• Own reliability improvement project and conclude go/no-go.
