Job summary

We seek a Manufacturing Quality and Reliability Engineer to define DPPM targets, assess reliability risks, and drive improvements across design and manufacturing to ensure top-quality products.

The role requires collaboration with internal teams and customers, proficiency in reliability testing, and a strong ability to implement engineering

Qualifications

• Masters in Mechanical, Electrical, Materials or related field required.
• 3+ years in semiconductor quality and reliability, integration, or product engineering.
• Experience with TDDB/HCI/BTI/EM/SM reliability tests and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Define DPPM targets and drive continuous improvement.
• Perform reliability risk assessments for fab events and processes.
• Execute PDCA, 8D, 3Leg/5Why, KT problem solving methods.
• Evaluate engineering change impacts on quality and reliability.
• Collaborate with customers on reliability evaluations and test methods.
• Identify opportunities for manufacturing process improvements.
