Job summary
TSMC Arizona is seeking a Manufacturing Quality and Reliability Senior Engineer to lead device reliability initiatives for cutting-edge semiconductor processes (N4/N3/N2). You will define DPPM targets, assess reliability risks, drive improvements, and collaborate with internal teams and customers to ensure high-quality, dependable products.
The role requires advanced engineering degrees, experience in reliability testing, and proficiency in analysis tools.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Materials Engineering, Physics, Statistics, Reliability, or related field with 1 year of MQ&R experience; or a Bachelor’s with 3 years MQ&R experience.
- Familiarity with reliability testing processes (TDDB, HCI, BTI, EM, SM) and ability to evaluate engineering changes.
- Strong written and verbal communication; proactive and accountable; able to handle fast-paced environments.
Responsibilities
- Define DPPM targets for advanced technology processes and drive improvements.
- Perform reliability risk assessments for fab events using CP, DVS, HTOL, etc.
- Lead problem-solving using PDCA, 8D, and other structured methods.
- Review engineering changes for impact on quality and reliability.
- Collaborate with customers on reliability evaluations and test methods.
- Identify opportunities for manufacturing process improvements and accountability.
