Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Engineering, or related STEM field with 3+ years of experience
• Masters with 1+ years of experience in same fields
• PhD in Electrical Engineering, Materials Engineering, or related STEM field with related experience

Responsibilities

• Drive ramp qualifications to ensure processes and products meet quality standards
• Specify inspection and testing mechanisms to monitor product and production equipment
• Conduct quality assessments and audits to identify improvement opportunities
• Lead initiatives to optimize cost, ramp, and production volume while maintaining quality
• Collaborate with product engineering to recommend design/process improvements for reliability
• Develop proactive systems for early detection and containment of discrepancies
• Manage material dispositions and risk assessments for discrepant products or processes
• Analyze reliability monitor data using statistical and machine learning techniques to drive quality improvements
• Respond to customer concerns related to manufacturing with engineering solutions
