Job summary

AMD is seeking a Quality Process Program Manager in Austin, TX to coordinate MRB activities and manufacturing change management across its semiconductor network. Qualifications

• BS in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering.
• Experience in semiconductor manufacturing environments.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate MRB activities and manufacturing change management across AMD's global semiconductor network.
• Lead cross-functional reviews to drive timely decisions and issue resolution.
• Manage material disposition activities to prevent customer impact.
• Drive change management workflows and coordinate stakeholder approvals.
• Chair technical review meetings, facilitate decisions, track actions and close issues.
• Coordinate process changes and manufacturing excursions with global teams across time zones.
• Monitor execution of actions and communicate decisions and risks across stakeholders.
• Support continuous improvement of material review and change management processes, tools, and systems.
• Escalate critical issues and risks to ensure timely resolution and business continuity.
