Job summary

The role requires coordinating with Production, Operations, Engineering, R&D, suppliers, and customers to maintain high quality standards, while developing people, processes, and systems to support continued growth.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a quality department in semiconductor/manufacturing.
• Proven ability to set KPIs, track trends, and drive improvements.
• Strong collaboration with production, engineering, and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and oversee the Quality department and Quality Inspection team, establishing clear expectations and accountability.
• Manage daily Quality activities and coordinate inspection priorities with Operations to support schedules and customer requirements.
• Train, mentor, and develop Quality personnel while growing the department and processes.
