Job summary

AM Technical Solutions, Inc in Phoenix seeks a Quality Program Manager to lead the company’s quality program across complex semiconductor construction projects. You’ll establish a scalable Quality Management System, drive risk-aware execution, and ensure client, contractual, regulatory, and industry requirements are met.

You will partner with project teams, suppliers, and senior leadership to implement quality strategy, governance, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Quality Management, or related discipline.
10+ years of progressive experience in construction quality or program leadership.
Experience developing enterprise or program-level Quality Management Systems.
Demonstrated experience with mission-critical facilities and complex environments.
Executive communication, analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
ASQ, Six Sigma/Lean, PMP, CCM, or equivalent certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide strategic oversight to quality execution across major semiconductor construction programs.
Lead nonconformance management, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
Oversee internal quality audits and client/regulatory assessments.
Mentor Quality Managers, Engineers, and project quality teams.
Drive adoption of data analytics and digital quality tools.
