Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to lead complex construction initiatives from concept through completion at our Boise site. You will own scope, schedule, and budget while coordinating multidisciplinary teams and integrating safety, quality, and technical excellence into every step.

You will drive design reviews, bidding, contract execution, and detailed planning, ensuring on‑time delivery of critical facilities that support Micron's manufacturing and innovation roadmap.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related field, or relevant certification/licensing.
• 5+ years as a primary project manager for highly technical construction projects.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and managing vendors, contracts, and budgets.
• Strong ability to analyze data, solve problems, and drive decisions using structured methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead assigned construction projects, managing scope, schedule, budget, resources, and vendor performance
• Ensure all work follows Micron safety, environmental, and quality standards; drive proactive hazard identification and resolution
• Develop and maintain project financials including estimates, forecasts, cash flow, and cost controls
• Build and manage detailed project schedules; remove roadblocks and coordinate multi-functional alignment
• Lead design reviews, competitive bidding, contract execution, and project programming and development activities
