Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in semiconductor construction and facilities readiness.
• In-fab operational experience as a semiconductor process tool owner.
• Mechanical or Electrical Engineering background with broad multi-discipline facilities and installation knowledge.
• Ability to read construction designs, installation packages, schematics and facility interface documentation.
• Strong understanding of the relationship between process requirements, equipment configuration, facility infrastructure, and installation execution.
• Experience reading and interpreting construction designs and installation packages.
• Comfort working with customers in high-pressure, high-visibility environments.
• Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-moving environments and deliver clear decisions.

Responsibilities

• Prepare project plans and drive the project from conception to implementation.
• Manage project schedule and task details using project management tools and reports.
• Coordinate resources and manage purchase requisitions and orders to meet objectives.
• Drive cost and schedule performance of equipment for internal and external customers and vendors.
• Participate on multifunctional design teams to achieve project goals.
• Interface and coordinate within the division to define objectives and provide status updates.
• Provide engineering and business process expertise to the team.
• Identify and resolve potential complications and develop solutions.
