Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Project Coordinator to partner with the Account Manager and Project Manager to drive the operational success of a semiconductor program with ~26 Field Service Engineers. The role is onsite in the Austin area, with occasional client visits to Austin or Taylor, TX.

You will own project coordination, manage deliverables, and ensure consultants and client stakeholders stay informed and on track. Strong communication and multitasking are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience coordinating complex projects.
• Strong communication over the phone and in person with consultants and client stakeholders.
• Experience overseeing a traveling project team.
• Prior exposure to the Semiconductor industry.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

• Track project deliverables including travel, timesheets, badging, background checks, drug screens, and onboarding requirements.
• Proactively monitor communication, follow up on outstanding items, and identify roadblocks before they impact the project.
• Serve as a key point of contact for consultants and client stakeholders, providing timely updates and driving actions to completion.
• Maintain accurate documentation and update trackers and reporting for clear visibility into project status.
• Partner with internal management on evolving project needs and assist with implementing new processes to improve efficiency.
