Job summary

HORIBA in Reno, NV is seeking a Production Control Coordinator to join our North American Semiconductor team. This role creates and releases production orders, posts delivery notes, and tracks production through to shipment with attention to order status, serialization, PO, invoices.

Candidates typically have a high school diploma or technical certification, familiarity with ERP systems (SAP preferred), and solid MS Windows/Office skills. Basic math and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with an ERP (SAP) preferred.
• Knowledge of cleanroom protocol helpful, however not required.
• Basic math skills, such addition, subtraction, multiplication and division are required.
• Incumbent typically has a high school diploma, certification from a technical school or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of MS Windows and MS Office programs.

Responsibilities

• Create and release production orders for assigned products.
• Post delivery notes for Shipments.
• Maintain a variety of spreadsheets to track order status, production runs from creation to completion, serialization of assigned products, purchase orders, product shipments, and invoices.
• Create Traveler documents for assigned products
