Job summary

Pyramid Semiconductor, part of the HEICO group, is seeking a hands-on Process & Quality Engineer to strengthen and continuously improve die attach and wire bonding processes. You will collaborate with production, engineering, and quality to convert shop-floor knowledge into stable, documented, repeatable processes across new and legacy devices.

In a lean environment, you’ll also support ISO 9001 and AS9100 audits, drive corrective actions, and participate in continuous-improvement projects to

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related engineering field.
• Hands-on experience in semiconductor packaging or precision manufacturing.
• Experience reading engineering drawings and CAD data.
• Strong problem-solving and data-driven verification.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Own and continuously improve die attach, wire bonding, and related microelectronic assembly processes.
• Develop, document, and maintain process parameters, work instructions, travelers, inspection criteria, and training materials.
• Design fixtures and tooling to improve manufacturability, repeatability, and safety.
• Provide hands-on production support by troubleshooting equipment and implementing corrective actions.
• Support ISO 9001 and AS9100 quality management system and audits.
