Job summary

Pyramid Semiconductor, part of the HEICO Corporation, is seeking an Electrical Test and Product Engineer to own test program development for our high-reliability semiconductor products. You will collaborate with design and manufacturing, resolve production test issues, perform failure analysis, and contribute to device characterization and yield improvements to ensure the highest product quality.

Qualifications

• Experience developing functional and parametric test programs.
• Ability to debug and update test software for various product lines.
• Strong collaboration with design and manufacturing teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop, debug, and update test programs for memories, logic, and microprocessors using Automated Test Equipment (Cohu DxV).
• Partner with Operations, Quality, and Sales & Marketing to define test strategies for new products.
• Write and maintain test procedures, specifications, and characterization reports.
• Troubleshoot hardware/software issues on the production test floor and resolve bottlenecks.
• Perform failure analysis and yield improvement efforts to raise test reliability and coverage.
