Job summary

Keysight Technologies in Santa Rosa, CA, is seeking an intern to contribute to the development of next‑generation architecture and heterogeneous integration for compound semiconductor ICs.

You will engage in process development across dry etch, PECVD, lithography, metal deposition and related fabrication steps while gaining insight into Keysight's products and applications. This longer-term internship requires a minimum six-month commitment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on lab experience in semiconductor processing is desirable.
• Strong problem solving and communication skills are important.
• Experience with SPC and DOE is valued.

Responsibilities

• Support process development in dry etch, deposition, lithography, and related areas.
