Job summary

Keysight Technologies is seeking an intern to help develop the next generation of architecture and heterogeneous integration for compound semiconductor ICs. You will gain hands-on experience with metal plating, CMP, lithography, and related processes while learning Keysight's products and industry context.

The internship runs between 3 and 6+ months and offers exposure to process development, metrology tools, and cross-functional collaboration in a leader in electronics markets.

Qualifications

• Pursuing MS or PhD in a relevant field connected to semiconductor fabrication.
• Experience with advanced microelectronics processes is required; silicon processing preferred.
• Hands-on lab experience in semiconductor processing, especially wet processing, is highly preferred.
• Experience with statistical design of experiments is important for analyzing process details.
