Job summary

SSOE Group is seeking a Process Engineer to join our integrated design‑build team supporting advanced technology, semiconductor, cleanroom, and mission‑critical facilities. You will design and execute critical process systems, collaborating with senior engineers to deliver practical and reliable solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline.
• 3–6 years of process engineering experience in design‑build or EPC environments.
• Experience with semiconductor, cleanroom, or mission‑critical facilities.

Responsibilities

• Support design and engineering of process systems including fluid transfer and high‑purity piping.
• Contribute to UPW/HPW, specialty gas/chemical distribution, and wastewater projects.
• Perform flow analysis, pressure drop, pump sizing, and basic heat transfer calculations.
• Assist in developing PFDs and P&IDs under senior guidance.
• Participate in equipment selection for pumps, filtration, and exchangers.
• Collaborate with mechanical, electrical, and controls teams in a design‑build setting.
• Support field activities: construction coordination, walkthroughs, commissioning.
• Assist with troubleshooting during design and installation.
• Ensure designs meet codes, standards, and client requirements.
